Vera & Christian’s Wedding- The Landing at Estes Park

This sweet couple chose some ultra-romantic wedding flower tones for their July wedding at The Landing in Estes Park. Their moody pastel floral palette was lush and elegant while adding a nod to the Colorado setting with a mix of wildflowers accents.

Their wedding ceremony took place right on the Fall River just outside the gates of Rocky Mountain National Park. Vera + Christian’s refined floral palette paired perfectly with The Landing’s river site to add a splash of romance to their early summer wedding.

Vera + Christian’s moody pastel palette was comprised of sage, blush, pinks, mauves with pops of yellow and orange and touches of white. Since the growing season ran a little later in 2023 due to weather, there were still an abundance of spring flowers so Elycia opted for tons of roses, larkspur and stock and added a touch of nostalgic blue forget-me-nots since they used to grow in Vera’s mother’s garden.

Vera’s show-stopping bouquet was designed using Amnesia Roses, Cappuccino Garden Roses, panda anemone, butterfly ranunculus, scabiosa, larkspur, phlox, forget me not, sweet pea, poppies, delphinium, cosmo, Canterberry Bells, agrostemma and mexican hats, yarrow, echinacea pods, strawflower and willow eucalyptus. Elycia finished it off with luxurious silk from Silk and Willow.

Christian’s boutonniere was created using a lovely white rose, pale pink spray rose and a sprig of white delphinium and finished with the same silk.

Vera and Christian chose to include their two gorgeous dogs in their wedding ceremony and selected rosemary dog collars to share a pop of florals with their fur kids.

Vera’s five bridesmaid each had a smaller version of her bridal bouquet finished off in Silk and Willow ribbon which paired perfectly with their mixed pastel dresses.

Ceremony

For the ceremony, the couple chose the circle arch from Wild Blossoms’ inventory of steel arches and wanted a stunning focal floral spray over the bride along with a lush ground arrangement on both sides.

Vera + Christian also added 3 asymmetrical ground arrangements along the aisle which helped the floral design flow throughout the ceremony space and created a summer garden-inspired atmosphere.

Reception

Vera + Christian chose a mix of white ceramic compotes and bud vases for their centerpieces lining the Landing’s long wooden tables to create a great balance of airy, fresh elegance.

They also included a floral pop to the top of their table seating chart to great guests when they entered the reception space.
