Step 1: Start Your Pressed Flower Journey!
Select your preferred size, design, and frame style. Choose a convenient shipping kit or arrange a local Fort Collins drop off. At checkout, review and sign the contract, then select your payment option. Once your retianer is paid, your project is officially booked on Wild Blossoms’ botanical calendar! We accept bouquets year-round and produce pressed flower art projects from November through May.
Step 2: Check Your Welcome Email
Within 24-48 hours of your order, we’ll send a welcome email with all the details to keep your floral art adventure on track! Expect a tracking number for your shipping kit or a link to schedule a local Fort Collins drop-off, ensuring your bouquet stays fresh after your special occasion.
Step 3: Keep Your Bouquet Vibrant!
To ensure your bouquet stays vibrant, keep it fresh by placing it in a vase of clean, cold water during and after your event until shipping or drop-off.
Step 4: Send or Deliver Your Bouquet!
Follow our instructional video: How to Ship Bouquets or drop your bouquet off at Wild Blossoms Studio in North Fort Collins.
Step 5: Bouquet Deconstruction
We carefully deconstuct your bouquet then press your flowers and begin a 6-8 week drying process to preserve their beauty for your custom artwork.
Step 6: Design Process
About four months after we receive your bouquet, we’ll email a sneak peek of your rough draft for feedback.
Step 7: Mounting and Framing
Once your final payment is received, we mount your flowers to glass and frame your artwork, a process that takes about 4-6 weeks.
Step 8: Receive Your Masterpiece!
Your framed pressed flower art is shipped to your chosen address in custom packaging, complete with UPS tracking and insurance. Enjoy your one-of-a-kind hierloom pressed flower art!
