Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will reach out via email to confirm your order and coordinate pick up date and time or delivery.

Floral Pick Up: Arrangements must be made for you or a responsible party of your designation to pick up all floral design pieces from the Wild Blossoms Studio in north Fort Collins, CO 80524. We recommend picking up your flowers on the morning of your event to guarantee maximum freshness, especially if your order contains boutonnières, corsages, hair flowers and arch garlands as these items do not come with a water source. You may also arrange to pick up your items the day before your event which works well if your order is limited to bouquets, centerpieces and bulk flowers since these will have a water source to keep them fresh. You must ensure that the designated person who is picking up your order has a sufficient sized, enclosed vehicle. Flowers cannot ride in the bed of a pick up truck.

Floral Substitutions: All fresh products are subject to availability and freshness. We will take the utmost care to maintain style, theme, and color scheme while designing. We also reserve the right to artistic license in design. Flowers, as any natural product, may have variations in color, size, fragrance, etc. Wild Blossoms Studio does not guarantee the inclusion of any particular flower.

Refunds: All sales are final.

Photography Release: You expressly grant Wild Blossoms Studio permission to use photos of your flowers in various forms of advertising promoting florist and services. Where images are provided by your contracted photographer, appropriate credit will be given. Wild Blossoms Studio may use and publish photographs of all persons, flowers and décor involved in the event for editorial, trade, advertising, web site use, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium that they see fit to promote Wild Blossoms Studio.

Extreme conditions: Wild Blossoms Studio will make every possible effort to design flowers and other items ordered/rented for your event in a timely manner. However, florist shall not be liable for delay or the inability to create designs due to pandemics, severe weather, traffic accident, road closures, landslides, floods or other acts of nature or war.

Liability:  Wild Blossoms Studio LLC will at no time be liable for more than the amount the client has paid for the event contracted. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability is limited to refund of monies paid.

Responsibility: Wild Blossoms Studio responsibility for care, maintenance, quality and/or longevity of all flowers and arrangements ends with the acceptance of possession by you or your representative.
